Rent our Building
Rentals for Church Services, Business Events, or Wedding Ceremonies.
Church Services or Worship Events - We are open to making a rental agreement with a church that agrees with our statement of faith and is looking to rent. Sunday afternoons and evenings are currently available. Other days of the week could be reserved as well.
Business Events - If the event is on a Monday-Friday from 7 am-2 pm, Butterfly Coffee will be open for business. (www.Butterfly.coffee)
Wedding Ceremonies - We can only offer our building as a Wedding Ceremony rental. We are not available for wedding receptions because we do not have a kitchen, and we are not looking to serve alcoholic beverages.
Facility Offerings:
*Our auditorium seats 250 people on nice cushion chairs.
*We offer round tables for business or church events that can seat 100 people.
*A hi-end sound system and projectors are available.
*A metal baptismal tank is available.
*We have two children’s classrooms for a nursery and a preschool.
*We have a foyer with a coffee shop that we use along with our outside space for our elementary class.
Schedule (LifeShare Church has priority):
* Monday - Available all day.
* Tuesday - Available all day.
* Wednesday - Available 7am-6pm; LifeShare 6-9pm.
* Thursday - Available 7 am-6 pm; LifeShare 6-9 pm.
* Friday - Available all day.
*Saturday - LifeShare 9 am-12noon on one Saturday a month; Available on other Saturdays from 9 am-6pm.
* Sunday - LifeShare 8 am-1 pm; Available 2 pm-9 pm.
Regular rental agreements can be arranged based on price and expectations.
One-time event rental agreements can be arranged based on price and expectations.
*For reference: basic price is $300 for a one-time event.
